Shipping policy

Our items are shipped as soon as possible, we normally ship on Tuesdays.  Some of our items are customized and there will have to be production time before shipping. Normally items are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Shipping will vary in cost depending on location of purchaser. The closer to New Mexico, the sooner the package should arrive. USPS gives estimated arrival dates but they are not guaranteed. 

Our shipping time, is the time it takes for your item to be made and shipped from our location. Once the carrier has the package we are at their mercy. 

We ship domestic and international, international times and prices will be higher due to obvious reasons. 

 

***If item was damaged during shipping it is purchasers responsibility to start a claim with USPS or carrier used. Once claim has started, please let us know and we will follow up with the carrier. NO refunds will be given until claim is filled with USPS or carrier.
